Do you have the right Property Manager?

Not only do we have a staff of property managers, we have a diverse maintenance staff prepared to meet your needs.  For our condominium portfolio, we can respond quickly to a leak to diagnose the issue and find a solution to the issue. 

We offer 24/7 support to our residents.

Report a Service Request

All service requests will be responded to by one of our property managers within one to two business days. If you do not receive a response within that timeframe, please call our office to ensure that we can respond appropriately.  We are currently open Monday through Thursday from 8am to 6pm.  Please note if you require more urgent assistance during regular business hours, please contact our office at (410) 313-8608.  

Howard Property Management offers twenty-four hour support for all condominiums.  Should an emergency arise outside of business hours, please contact our emergency service line at (443) 832-4308.
