Pay My Assessment

Our office currently accepts payment of assessments via check, credit card, and ACH (automatic withdrawal).  Since making your assessment payment may be the only check that you write, Howard Property Management offers its members payment of the assessments via automatic withdrawal through credit card payment or through your bank account (ACH Withdrawal).   

All payments forwarded to our office or via our online payment system should include your account number to properly identify your account.  Your account number is located at the bottom of your statement.

When making a credit card payment, a $10.00 convenience fee will be charged to your account.  To ensure that your account is properly credited, please include the convenience fee in the amount to be paid.
